Musculoskeletal pain is one of the uncomfortable symptoms that many people experience. Here, we will learn about the principles and effects of therapeutic ultrasound in relieving musculoskeletal pain. Therapeutic ultrasound is known as a non-invasive yet effective treatment method for musculoskeletal disorders and pain management. In particular, we want to introduce the wearable ultrasound device that is being developed by Refind Inc. This device can be conveniently attached to the desired area and worn for a long time. This can maximize the effect while minimizing side effects such as burns.
Electromyography is a measurement of the electrical signals generated by muscles. By measuring electromyography, you can determine how much an individual is using their muscles and assess their workload. You can also measure and predict muscle fatigue. This method is used in the diagnosis and rehabilitation of medical conditions and in sports.
This product is an MR-based upper limb rehabilitation exercise content. In particular, the concept of virtual weight is included to enable low-intensity continuous strength training.
DISTRIBUTION
The wearable upper extremity assistive robot uses a motor to perform elbow flexion/extension exercises. The exerciser has a total of three exercise settings. The first is a passive exercise based on the preset speed and angle of movement (bend/extend) of the motor. The second allows you to control the movement through remote control adjustments. The third option is to synchronize the exercise machine with the user's electromyogram. Basic equipment settings can be made through the dedicated app.
This product is a myoelectric hand for amputees that mimics a human hand. Up to 8 electromyograms can be used to understand the intention of the amputee's movements through AI algorithms. A total of 27 movements can be performed.
